STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Palace Flophouse Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

Your appointments are very important to our team members of Palace Flophouse! It is reserved especially for you and we understand that, sometimes, adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request AT LEAST 48-HOUR NOTICE for cancellations or rescheduling.

we require holding credit card numbers at the time of booking. We will charge 50% OF YOUR SERVICE if you don’t show up or cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours at Palace Flophouse Salon.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

Palace Flophouse Salon is located at 650 Wealthy St SE, We are right next to The Winchester and across the street from Donkey Taqueria. 

Wealthy Street has meter parking on the street in front of the salon as well as free side street parking.

service refunds

The employees of Palace Flophouse Salon pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. All of our stylists are professional, educated, and experienced and will provide you with the best hair care service possible.

 We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the front desk within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon within 48 HOURs of your service so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to get you IN AND correct any problems to your satisfaction. And RESCHEDULE you with the stylist who performed the initial service, or MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS at no additional charge to you

Service Menu prices on our website and Facebook are base prices.  The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length of your hair. Your stylist May inform you of the price before they begin your service. Payment for salon services is expected to be paid upon completion of the service.

Consultations for hair services are offered free of charge and are highly recommended. for first-time clients WANTING chemical services, We RECOMMEND A $20 TAKE-HOME MALIBU TREATMENT. This is GIVEN TO YOU BY YOUR STYLIST AS THEY SEE A NEED. This SHOULD BE PERFORMED AT HOME THE DAY BEFORE A BIG CHEMICAL SERVICE. During the consultation, should there be any previous over-processing due to prior chemical services, heat damage, or any other issues with your hair that may affect the outcome of your hair service, you will be made aware before your service is started. If you DO MOVE FORWARD, we will ask you to sign a liabiLITY WAVER.

Product / Gift Card Refund Policy

Palace Flophouse Salon stands behind our products. Should you feel dissatisfied with any of these products, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned products purchased to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards may be transferred to another recipient or used for the specified value at Palace Flophouse Salon. Cards must be presented for redemption.
